Monmouth Town Council are fully aware that for many community groups and organisations the impact of COVID-19 has been devastating. That’s why the Community Grants are back and this time it may be possible for you to apply for 100% of the project costs!
Usually, the Town Council will only fund up to 75% of a project but if your group can show that COVID-19 has left you unable to fundraise this year, the Committee will consider funding up to 100% of the project costs.
Previous successful applications have included security equipment for the Sports Association, an electric keyboard for Mayhem Theatre Group and the starting costs of the Overmonnow Community Garden. All applications will be welcomed and considered.
Furthermore, the application process is now OPEN! Applications for funds are required before the deadline which is 12 noon on 30th October 2020.
